Adrian Thompson is a results-driven business leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning general management, finance, operations, and revenue strategy across the hospitality and property sectors. As General Manager of Strata Embassy, Adrian oversees all facets of business performance — including finance, compliance, human resources, and client relations — ensuring a balance between operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Before joining Strata Embassy, Adrian held senior national leadership roles with Meriton Suites, where he oversaw a portfolio generating more than $500 million annually. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where he refined his expertise in luxury service, brand standards, and leadership development across multiple international markets.
Adrian’s background in revenue optimisation, financial governance, and organisational strategy underpins his ability to drive sustainable growth and implement scalable systems. He is passionate about uniting people, process, and technology to elevate performance, improve transparency, and strengthen client and stakeholder relationships.
His leadership philosophy centres on integrity, accountability, and excellence, fostering a culture where service quality and operational rigour work hand in hand to deliver long-term success for owners, teams, and communities alike.

Ben Cabello is the Founder and Licensee in Charge of Strata Embassy, which he established in 2018 with a clear vision to deliver a more transparent, responsive and client-focused approach to strata management.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Ben has worked with several major firms, building a strong foundation across all aspects of strata management. He combines this depth of experience with a practical, hands-on approach to managing residential schemes across Sydney.
With a background in accounting, Ben brings a strong financial lens to strata management, ensuring budgets, forecasting and financial decisions are handled with precision. He is known for his exceptional attention to detail, giving committees confidence that nothing is overlooked.
Ben has built Strata Embassy around a simple philosophy — transparent advice, responsive service and fair, commercially sound decision-making. He works closely with committees to navigate everything from day-to-day matters through to complex projects and long-term planning.
As a business owner, Ben remains actively involved in overseeing the portfolio and supporting his team, ensuring every building benefits from consistent, accountable management. His approach is grounded, solutions-focused and aligned with the interests of owners.

Ryan Dick is a dedicated strata management professional with a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. In his role at Strata Embassy, Ryan is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of strata schemes: handling financial oversight, coordinating service providers, and working closely with committee members to ensure the properties under his care run smoothly and transparently.
With a client-centred mindset, Ryan excels in building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to owners and committee members. He brings clarity and responsiveness to complex issues—whether it’s budgeting, maintenance planning or meeting statutory obligations—ensuring that all stakeholders feel confident and informed.
